Disney World \u2013 Some people remember entering<\/em> the Magic Kingdom through the castle. A second, alternate memory: Everything else<\/em> matched the current timestream, but the castle was much<\/em> closer to the end of Main Street. (At Disney World, not Disneyland.)<\/p>\n

Disney World \u2013 Some people recall taking a monorail from the Orlando airport directly to the Disney World property. The Orlando airport has a train, not a monorail, and it doesn\u2019t take people to Disney World.<\/p>\n

Disney World \u2013 A separate theme park in the Orlando (Florida) area. Maybe intended as a beta test site for attraction concepts? It\u2019s not<\/em> an abandoned park<\/a> or project, and it\u2019s much smaller (in acreage) than the main WDW property.\u00a0 Two main areas: (1) The theme park, and (2) one crescent-shaped building with shops and restaurants, plus one larger hotel on the other side of it. Generally, the theme park attractions are multi-level. (Note: Not<\/em> confused with Universal Studios\u2019 theme parks.)<\/p>\n

Mars \u2013 No moons or two moons?<\/p>\n

Segway \u2013 Available in beta around 1996? (No. The company was started in 1999, and the product was in pre-production, limited release in 2002. Ref<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
