In a recent article, we explained to fellow patriots how perception management\u00a0used by the\u00a0<\/span>U.S. Department of Defense<\/span><\/a>. It is defined as: \u201cActions to convey and\/or deny selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to <\/span>influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning as well as to intelligence systems and leaders at all to influence official estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviors and official actions favorable to the originator’s objectives.<\/i><\/b> In various ways, perception management combines truth projection,\u00a0<\/i><\/b>operations security<\/i><\/b><\/a>, cover and deception, and psychological operations.<\/i><\/b>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The factors that influence the <\/span>targeted<\/i><\/b> audience consist of the following: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ambiguity<\/span><\/i><\/a>: If ambiguity increases, the perceiver may find it harder to form an accurate perception.<\/span><\/p>\n

Social status<\/span><\/i><\/a>: a person’s real or perceived position in society or in an organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Impression management<\/span><\/i><\/a>: an attempt to control the perceptions or impressions of others. <\/span><\/p>\n

The phrase “perception management” has often functioned as a\u00a0<\/span>euphemism<\/span><\/a>\u00a0for “an aspect of\u00a0<\/span>information warfare<\/span><\/a>.” The purpose of perception management is to get the \u201cother side\u201d to believe what the perpetrator wishes it to believe,\u00a0whatever\u00a0the truth may be. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Although perception management operations are typically carried out within the international arena between governments, and between governments and citizens, <\/span>use of perception management techniques have become part of mainstream information management systems.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

When the government entity gets CAUGHT using perception management, it can be referred as a FALSE FLAG. \u00a0Since false flags have become quite predominant in our world today, we thought it would be useful for patriots to have the list of the twelve characteristics of perception management at their easy disposal so that any questionable event could be evaluated. Since that time, we have used this list to evaluate 9-11, Sandy Hook, San Bernardino, and several other false flags.<\/span><\/p>\n
