Just like Angela Merkel \u201cinvited\u201d an invasion of Europe, so, too, Obama sent a message out to the world \u2013 \u201cIf you can get to America, you can stay.\u201d Obama gave out 10 million visas a year and didn\u2019t enforce people leaving after their visa expired, while he refused to secure our borders and instead practiced \u201copen border\u201d policies and promoted \u201csanctuary cities\u201d that harbor and protect criminal aliens.<\/p>\n BECAUSE OF OBAMA\u2019S CRIMINAL ACTIONS, NO ONE ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW MANY ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE IN AMERICA \u2013 SOME SAY WELL OVER 20 MILLION NOT THE 12.5 MILLION ESTIMATED.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n All illegal aliens are criminal felons by definition<\/strong>\u00a0and yet Obama protected them through \u201ccatch and release\u201d border policies, releasing criminal aliens from jail, and refusing to cooperate with immigration officials, while protecting aliens over American citizens. When blatant disregard of existing U.S. immigration laws got in the way of Obama\u2019s invasion, he simply defied the rule of law superseding congressional control over immigration law and began writing his own rules concerning immigration.<\/p>\n He tried to force Congress into giving amnesty to every alien in America and increase 500% the number of refugees allowed each year, but Congress rejected all of his ideas. When Obama\u2019s strong-arming of Congress didn\u2019t work, he simply wrote bogus presidential policies that ordered Homeland Security and other agencies to simply \u201cnot deport\u201d illegal aliens who were children of illegal aliens.<\/p>\n Obama acted as though calling these aliens DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) \u201cdreamers\u201d he would change the fact that most are simply felons\u2019 children of felons. Obama and the corporate, propaganda media simply \u201cword-smithed\u201d their names, changing them from \u201caliens\u201d to \u201cdreamers\u201d. But no slick ad campaign can change the fact that they are here illegally and Obama was fully aware of the\u00a0Cloward-Piven strategy of overwhelming the welfare system<\/a>\u00a0with \u201ccadres of aggressive organizers\u201d, all the while giving the globalists and Democrats the foot soldiers they needed to disrupt American society and overthrow the government through election fraud.<\/p>\n DACA recipients and their illegal alien parents are simply criminals who Obama protected, without prosecution, while Americas like Kate Steinle were victims of their crimes.<\/p>\n Dreamers are children of illegal aliens that Obama let into the country\u00a0illegally<\/em>. Millions of parents of DACA Dreamers are not being counted in the fake numbers representing these supposed 800,000 Dreamers.\u00a0The true number is more like \u2014 3.6 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n ON TOP OF THAT, DREAMERS NOW HAVE 400,000 CHILDREN OF THEIR OWN.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Obama\u2019s DACA policy is illegal and usurps the sole authority of Congress to write immigration law. The president\u2019s job is to simply enforce those laws \u2013 not create them.<\/p>\n Not only is DACA illegal and a gross over-reach of presidential authority, it shows Obama\u2019s intent to give away America to aliens through an invasion.<\/p>\n The courts challenged DACA and ruled Obama to be acting \u201cunlawfully.\u201d\u00a0 So, Obama created another illegal immigration program called DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans) which allows any citizen to automatically \u201cbring in\u201d their parents and qualify them for U.S. citizenship.<\/p>\n DAPA ALLOWED 4.4 MILLION ALIENS TO JOIN THE INVASION WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE CONGRESSIONALLY CREATED US IMMIGRATION PROCESS.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n When 8.4 million aliens had successfully been told they would be granted some form of \u201camnesty\u201d for their crimes by Obama, the millions of people granted visas to enter America just started staying in America and not leaving when they were scheduled to depart the country. It is estimated that as many as 42%, or more, of Obama visas became \u201coverstays\u201d who essentially committed a crime by refusing to comply with the limits of the visa stay. This \u201cturning a blind eye\u201d policy of Obama created more aliens than anyone can estimate.<\/p>\n To go along with his plan of overwhelming America by an alien invasion, Obama then promoted \u201canchor babies\u201d and their illegal parents being given amnesty for their crime of invading America. This type of promotion of illegal immigration led to the horrifying problem of childhood entries into America through the Southern border by children who had been abandoned at the border by their parents. Once in the country, Obama gave those children a special status so that they would not be deported, but separated from their natural parents and placed in foster homes across the country. Many gang members entered the country through this policy.<\/p>\n After Obama couldn\u2019t think of any more \u201cimmigration programs\u201d (alien invasion strategies), he simply decided to grant all illegal aliens in America full amnesty. He promoted these ideas again and again and sited Ronald Reagan and other presidents as justification for his historically large amnesty ideas. As usual, Obama disregarded existing U.S. laws and simply wanted to wave his magic wand and announce his plans for the completion of the \u201calien invasion\u201d as a grand success, just as Merkel had done in Europe.<\/p>\n The only problem was that the U.S. president does not grant amnesty to immigrants, only Congress can do that. Again, Obama just wanted to trample the rule of law underfoot as he was hell-bent on destroying the U.S. Constitution and giving America away to global interests instead of protecting national interests.<\/p>\n You might ask \u201cwhy\u201d Obama would do this. It is well known that millions of illegal aliens illegally vote in America to maintain the Democrat\u2019s liberal policies that support open borders, lax immigration enforcement, sanctuary cities, and sweeping amnesty for illegal immigrants. Illegal aliens are a key component of the Democrat voting base. The recent investigation of the last presidential election found 3.5 million fraudulent votes in just the 17 states that reported. It would be fair to say that U.S. elections are knowingly rigged through the fraudulent votes of these alien voters. Our country was almost overthrown by Obama\u2019s immigration policies that nearly put Hillary in the White House, which would have led to the final gutting of the U.S. Constitution and the sell-out of America to global interests.<\/p>\n A\u00a0leaked memo\u00a0from former Hillary Clinton official Jennifer Palmieri shows that the Democrats are primarily concerned about protecting DACA recipients because it is a\u00a0\u201ccritical component of the Democratic Party\u2019s future electoral success.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n LEAKED MEMO: DREAMers Are \u2018Critical\u2019 To Dems \u2018Future Electoral Success\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n We have been invaded by at least 12.5 million illegal aliens through Obama ignoring his presidential duty to enforce the immigration laws written by congress. Instead, Obama created new \u201cpolicies\u201d that over-reached his executive authority and created the messes we now call:<\/p>\n In 2016, the United States issued 10,381,491 non-immigrant visas and 617,752 immigrant visas,<\/a>\u00a0including: 965,466 B-1, B-2 and B-1\/B-2 combo visas, 482,033 F-1\/M-1 visas, 339,712 J-1 visas, 295,140 C-1\/D visas, 180,057 H-1B visas, 133,465 IR-1 and CR-1 visas, 67,381 IR-2 and CR-2 visas, 1,292 IR-3 visas, 566 IR-4 visas, 108,788 IR-5 visas, 21,800 F1 visas, 109,740 F2 visas, 22,590 F3 visas, 61,368 F4 visas, 45,664 DV (Diversity Immigrants Lottery) visas, 2,361 E1 visas were issued, 2,155 E2 visas, 10,301 E3 visas, 1,734 E4 visas, 8,505 E5 visas, and 16,176 SIV visas.<\/p>\n IT IS ESTIMATED THAT APPROXIMATELY 42% OF IMMIGRANTS OVERSTAY THEIR VISAS.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Visas are simply the easiest way for aliens to invade America by flying or crossing over the borders in a quasi-legal way, yet having the intention to stay in the country long after the Visa expires. Obama did not vet, monitor, or remove visa holders when their visas expired. If they wanted to stay, fine. The more foot soldiers, the better.<\/p>\n Obama paid the United Nations $24 billion a year to support the UN refugee program that provided the refugees who came into America. These refugees are never vetted by US agencies. Once in America, it is basically 164 Catholic relief agencies within our borders who place and support these refugees with hundreds of billions of dollars over the five years that tax-payers support these refugees. Obama treated refugees from the countries he bombed better than wounded U.S. soldiers and veterans.<\/p>\n Countries have borders, and one major job of its government is to secure those borders and regulate who enters. Here are some interesting facts about illegal immigrants in the United States:<\/p>\n ON JUNE 30, 2014, PRESIDENT OBAMA DELIVERED REMARKS IN THE\u00a0WHITE HOUSE ROSE GARDEN<\/a>\u00a0PROMISING TO\u00a0\u201cFIX AS MUCH OF OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM AS I CAN ON MY OWN, WITHOUT CONGRESS.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Over the next eight months, the Obama Administration went through sixty iterations of different possible executive actions.\u00a0On November 20, 2014, President Obama announced his illegal program called DAPA.\u00a0Homeland Security Secretary\u00a0Jeh Johnson\u00a0then released two memorandums directing the\u00a0U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement\u00a0to make aliens without criminal histories the lowest priority for removal,\u00a0and to grant\u00a0deferred action\u00a0to illegal immigrants who are the parents of a U.S. citizens or\u00a0lawful permanent residents<\/a>.<\/p>\n The President\u2019s program, when combined with\u00a0Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals<\/a>\u00a0delayed deportation of half of the 12 million illegal aliens in the United States.\u00a0In December 2014, Texas and 25 other states sued asking the court to enjoin implementation of both DAPA and the DACA expansion.\u00a0On February 16, 2015, Judge\u00a0Andrew S. Hanen<\/a>\u00a0issued a preliminary\u00a0injunction blocking the DAPA program from going into effect while\u00a0Texas v. United States<\/a>\u00a0proceeds.<\/p>\n Eventually it was determined that President Obama\u2019s order violated the rulemaking requirements of the\u00a0Administrative Procedure Act<\/a>.\u00a0The majority made a new finding that the\u00a0Immigration and Nationality Act<\/a>\u00a0\u201cflatly does not permit\u201d\u00a0deferred action.<\/p>\n On November 10, 2015, the Justice Department announced it would ask the Supreme Court to hear the case.\u00a0 On June 23, 2016, the Supreme Court announced it had deadlocked 4\u20134 in a decision that read, in its entirety, \u201cThe judgement is affirmed by an equally divided court.\u201d<\/p>\n The\u00a0Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals\u00a0(DACA) was an\u00a0American\u00a0immigration policy\u00a0that allowed some individuals who entered the country illegally as\u00a0minors, and had either entered or remained in the country illegally, to receive a renewable two-year period of\u00a0deferred action\u00a0from deportation and to be eligible for a\u00a0work permit. The total number of these illegal children of illegal aliens is 3.6 million. Subsequently, the children of DACA illegals, which is estimated to be 400,000 become \u201canchor babies.\u201d\u00a0 The policy was established by the\u00a0Obama Administration\u00a0in June 2012.<\/p>\n The DREAM Act bill, which would have provided a pathway to permanent residency for unauthorized immigrants brought to the United States was considered by Congress in 2007 and failed.\u00a0It was considered again in 2011, and failed again.<\/p>\n President\u00a0Barack Obama\u00a0announced his DACA policy\u00a0on June 15, 2012. The policy was officially established by a memorandum from the\u00a0Secretary of Homeland Security\u00a0titled \u201cExercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children.\u201d\u00a0This policy allowed certain immigrants to escape deportation and obtain work permits for a period of two years \u2013 renewable upon good behavior. To apply, immigrants had to be younger than 31 on June 15, 2012, must have come to the US when they were younger than 16, and must have lived in the US since 2007.<\/p>\n In November 2014 President\u00a0Barack Obama\u00a0announced his intention to expand DACA to cover additional illegal immigrants. But multiple states immediately sued to prevent the expansion, which was ultimately blocked by the courts. The\u00a0United States Department of Homeland Security\u00a0rescinded the expansion on June 16, 2017. The DACA policy was rescinded by the\u00a0Trump administration\u00a0on September 5, 2017, but full implementation of the rescission was delayed six months to give Congress time to decide how to deal with the population that was previously eligible under the policy\u00a0because only Congress can create immigration law.<\/strong><\/p>\n ONLY CONGRESS CAN CREATE IMMIGRATION LAW.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Congress does not have the ability to defund DACA since the program is almost entirely funded by its own application fees ($495) rather than\u00a0congressional appropriations. DACA was formally initiated by a policy memorandum sent from\u00a0Secretary of Homeland Security\u00a0Janet Napolitano\u00a0to the heads of\u00a0U.S.. Customs and Border Protection,\u00a0US Citizenship and Immigration Services, and\u00a0U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The memo formally directed them to exercise their\u00a0enforcement discretion\u00a0on behalf of individuals who met the requirements.<\/p>\n Legal experts are divided as to the constitutionality of DACA, but no court has yet to rule it unconstitutional. Many have reiterated the view that DACA was inherently unlawful, unconstitutional, arbitrary, capricious, and invalid siting that the executive branch has no authority over immigration law.<\/p>\n In some lawsuits, the states claimed that, by expanding DACA, the president failed to enforce the nation\u2019s immigration laws in contravention to\u00a0Article Two of the U.S. Constitution.\u00a0Moreover, the states claimed that the president unilaterally rewrote the law through his actions.\u00a0They also claim that DACA was unlawful by asserting that it unconstitutionally usurped Congress\u2019 role over immigration by illegally allowing certain classes of illegal aliens to violate U.S. immigration law with impunity.<\/p>\n Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA), was an American\u00a0immigration policy\u00a0to grant\u00a0deferred action\u00a0status to certain\u00a0illegal immigrants\u00a0who have lived in the United States since 2010 and have children who are either\u00a0American citizens\u00a0or\u00a0lawful permanent residents. Deferred action is not full legal status but would come with a three-year, renewable work permit and exemption from\u00a0deportation. DAPA was a presidential executive action, not a law passed by Congress.<\/p>\n The program was announced in November 2014 by President\u00a0Barack Obama, along with a number of\u00a0immigration reform\u00a0steps, including increased resources for border enforcement, new procedures for high-skilled immigrants, and an expansion of the existing\u00a0Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals\u00a0(DACA) program.<\/p>\n Several\u00a0states\u00a0have filed lawsuits against the\u00a0Federal government, arguing that DAPA violates the\u00a0Constitution\u00a0and federal statutes. A temporary\u00a0injunction was issued in February 2015, blocking the program from going into effect while the lawsuit proceeds. A U.S. Supreme Court 4\u20134 split decision in June 2016 effectively left the block in place.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n EVERY CRIME COMMITTED BY AN ILLEGAL ALIEN IS ONE THAT\u00a0WOULD NOT\u00a0HAVE OCCURRED\u00a0IF THAT ALIEN WASN\u2019T IN THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY IN THE FIRST PLACE.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Thousands of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients have been convicted or accused of committing crimes against U.S. citizens, and federal authorities say that they have seen an explosion in the number of illegal alien DACA recipients that are losing their protections for crime and gang-related activities. Statistics from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services revealed that in just the last two years a total of 2,139 DACA recipients have been convicted or accused of committing crimes against Americans. The number of DACA recipients that have lost their protected status due to crime or gang affiliations surged 30 percent in one year.<\/p>\n The director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, Jessica Vaughn, said that the numbers show the nightmare that the DACA program has been for the U.S.<\/p>\n \u201cIt confirms that the DACA screening process was woefully inadequate. The eligibility bar was set very low, explicitly allowing people with multiple misdemeanor and certain felony convictions to be approved. Only a handful of the applicants were ever interviewed, and only rarely was the information on the application ever verified,\u201d Vaughn said.<\/p>\n Criminal alien illegals make up 27 % of all federal prisoners. One report looked at the criminal histories of 55,322 aliens that entered the country illegally and were still illegally in the country at the time of their incarceration in federal or state prison or local jail. Those 55,322 illegal aliens had been arrested 459,614 times, an average of 8.3 arrests per illegal alien, and had committed almost 700,000 criminal offenses, an average of roughly 12.7 offenses per illegal alien.<\/p>\n In 2011, 251,000 criminal aliens were incarcerated in federal, state, and local prisons and jails. Those aliens were arrested nearly 1.7 million times for close to three million criminal offenses. Sixty-eight percent of those in federal prison and 66 percent of those in state prisons were from Mexico. Their offenses ranged from homicide and kidnapping to drugs, burglary, and larceny. Generally, Mexican immigrants \u201ccommit between 3.5 to 5.2 times as many crimes as the average native American.\u201d<\/p>\n Large-scale amnesty programs have allowed millions of illegal immigrants to remain in the United States legally since the 1980s. Obama wanted to give all aliens in America full amnesty and a path to citizenship. Again, these immigration laws must be created by Congress, not the president. Obama could not get Congress to even consider a bill to grant sweeping amnesty to DACA, DAPA, and every other illegal alien in America.<\/p>\n THESE ACTIONS CLEARLY SHOW OBAMA\u2019S INTENT TO INVADE AMERICA AND OPEN OUR BORDERS TO ANYONE WHO CAN WALK ACROSS \u2013 CRIMINALS WELCOME.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Here are some details about immigration amnesty and the few other times the United States has granted amnesty to large numbers of illegal immigrants:<\/p>\n The Immigration Reform and Control Act<\/strong>, also known as the Simpson-Mazzoli Act, was signed by President Ronald Reagan and enacted in November 1986. The act granted temporary legal status to any unauthorized immigrants who had been living in the United States continuously since 1982 so long as they paid a $185 fee and could demonstrate they\u2019d shown good moral character. The act made unauthorized immigrants eligible for green cards after 18 months, provided they learned to speak English. The act became the largest U.S. legalization program in history, resulting in green cards being awarded to about 3 million immigrants.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Section 245(i) amnesty of 1994<\/strong>, which was used to pardon about 578,000 eligible illegal aliens who paid fines of $1,000 each. That amnesty was renewed in 1997 and again in 2000. The latter reinstatement resulted in amnesty for an estimated 900,000\u00a0illegal aliens.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act<\/strong>\u00a0of 1997<\/strong>gave legal status to about 1 million unauthorized immigrants, mostly from Central America. The NACARA specifically granted amnesty to Nicaraguans and Cubans who had lived in the U.S. since 1995, along with their spouses and unmarried children.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act<\/strong>\u00a0was passed by Congress in 1998 and Haitians became the first group to successfully argue that it would be discriminatory for the US to refuse them the same treatment provided through other US immigration laws. The act is estimated to have added 125,000 Haitian refugees to the U.S. population.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Trump ended U.S. funding of the United Nations refugee program. He is securing the border and supporting the U.S. border patrol and US. immigration efforts to enforce the rule of law. He stopped \u201ccatch and release.\u201d Trump announced he was enforcing the immigration laws that Obama ignored, and subsequently, border crossings decreased 70% and countless illegal aliens left the country in a mass exodus to Canada and Europe.<\/p>\n Trump enforced visa regulations and stopped visa overstays. He demands that full vetting precede any acceptance of immigrants or refugees. He has also repaired and enhanced much of the Southern border already.<\/p>\n Trump is wielding the Art of the Deal and making fools of Democrats who think it is legal to insert alien amnesty into the federal budget. Both Trump and the Democrats know the laws that say that only Congress can pass laws concerning immigration amnesty. Yes, Trump can sign or veto the bill, but the bill must come from a successful passage of that bill by the House and Senate.<\/p>\n Congress already knows that any \u201cObama-like\u201d adjustments to existing immigration laws will have a great deal of trouble passing congress.<\/p>\n THAT IS WHY THE DEMOCRATS ARE TRYING TO HI-JACK THE BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS BILL AND ADD ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AS AN AMENDMENT, INSTEAD OF A PROPER LAW PASSED BY CONGRESS AND SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Trump is making a public spectacle of the Democrat\u2019s pathetic attempts to continue the Obama legacy of lawlessness, especially concerning the \u201cObama Alien Invasion of America.\u201d Finally, we have a president who respects the rule of law and puts American\u2019s ahead of invading illegal aliens.<\/p>\nDAPA + DACA = OBAMA\u2019S ALIEN INVASION<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n
