First of all, let me make clear that I myself am not saying that anything is going to impact the earth; it is NASA\u2019s variable data that shows meteor strikes are possible but not guaranteed. Furthermore a deflection plan has been implemented at a presidential level and is posted on WhiteHouse.gov for the naysayers so don\u2019t try and troll the messenger.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This report is the most important report you will ever read and serves as a proverbial roadmap for you the reader which will carefully guide you down a road of truth and facts revealing the real reason for the current lockdowns and full-scale military mobilization and deployment which governments worldwide have recently and diligently carried out in the name of the invisible enemy known as COVID-19.<\/p>\n

This report is comprised of breadcrumbs which leads the reader to discover what exactly is and has been taking place on a global geopolitical level, and at a local level here in the United States and will explain why governments worldwide have positioned a plethora of military and other assets and have locked down entire populations in the name of the emerging invisible enemy known as COVID-19.<\/p>\n

(INTELLIHUB<\/a>) \u2014 After the discovery of the planet Neptune in the year 1846, astronomers speculated that another planet may exist beyond its orbit and so the hunt began for a large trans-Neptune object.<\/p>\n

Fast-forwarding to the year 1847, the planet Uranus had nearly made one full orbit since its discovery by\u00a0William Herschel<\/a>\u00a0in 1781 and astronomers had already detected irregularities in its orbit which could in no way be explained by\u00a0Newton\u2019s law of universal gravitation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In 1845 by\u00a0astronomers\u00a0Urbain Le Verrier<\/a>\u00a0in Paris and\u00a0John Couch Adams<\/a>\u00a0in Cambridge\u00a0who also began to calculate the location of the hidden planet.<\/p>\n

In 1846 the Royal Society awarded Le Verrier the Copley medal in for his achievement and also awarded Adams the Copley medal in 1848.<\/p>\n

However, it wasn\u2019t until the beginning of the 20th century that\u00a0American businessman, author, mathematician, and astronomer\u00a0Percival Lowell<\/a>\u00a0theorized the existence of a perturber beyond Neptune which he dubbed Planet X.<\/p>\n

As it turns out, Lowell\u2019s hypothesis was validated by\u00a0Clyde Tombaugh<\/a>\u2018s discovery of Pluto in 1930 when Pluto was officially named as the ninth planet in our solar system.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn 2014, based on similarities of the orbits of a group of recently discovered\u00a0extreme trans-Neptunian objects<\/a>, astronomers hypothesized the existence of a super-Earth planet, 2 to 15 times the mass of the Earth and beyond 200 AU with possibly a high inclined orbit at some 1,500 AU,\u201d Wikipedia states. \u201cIn 2016, further work showed this unknown distant planet is likely on an inclined, eccentric orbit that goes no closer than about 200 AU and no farther than about 1,200 AU from the Sun.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe orbit is predicted to be anti-aligned to the clustered extreme trans-Neptunian objects\u2026\u00a0Because Pluto is no longer considered a planet by the IAU, this new hypothetical object has become known as\u00a0Planet Nine<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIn August 2006 the International Astronomical Union (IAU) downgraded the status of Pluto to that of\u00a0 \u201cdwarf planet.\u201d This means that from now on only the rocky worlds of the inner Solar System and the gas giants of the outer system will be designated as planets. The \u201cinner Solar System\u201d is the region of space that is smaller than the radius of Jupiter\u2019s orbit around the sun. It contains the asteroid belt as well as the terrestrial planets, Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars. The \u201cgas giants\u201d of course are Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus. So now we have eight planets instead of the nine we used to have,\u201d as the\u00a0Library of Congress<\/a>\u00a0points out.<\/p>\n

This downgrade was made so that the trans-Neptune perturber known as Planet X or the tenth planet would now be referred to as Planet Nine in an attempt to deflect Internet sleuths and researchers from discovering known historical data on Planet X, the real tenth planet, in a last-ditch effort to hide the real truth from the masses.<\/p>\n

In the fall of 2015, the New York Times published a piece that questioned:\u00a0Is there a Planet X, a \u2018massive perturber,\u2019 hidden beyond Pluto?<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Astonishingly, the report admits that astronomers to date detected about 1,500 icy bodies in the Kuiper Belt\u201d and explains how \u201ca few of them are big enough to rank as \u2018dwarf planets.\u2019 And there may be something much bigger lurking out there in the dark\u2026 there are tantalizing hints of a hidden planet that\u2019s bigger than Pluto, perhaps even bigger than the Earth \u2014 potentially Neptune-sized.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, a March 2014 whitepaper authored by\u00a0Chadwick A. Trujillo and Scott S. Sheppard titled\u00a0A Sedna-like body with a perihelion of 80 astronomical units<\/em><\/a>\u00a0reveals that \u201ca massive outer Solar System perturber may exist.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moreover, the paper\u2019s abstract mentions how the \u201c1,000-kilometre-diameter dwarf planet Sedna was discovered ten years\u201d prior \u201cand was unique in that its closest approach to the Sun (perihelion) is 76\u2009AU<\/span>, far greater than that of any other Solar System body.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFormation models indicate that Sedna could be a link between the Kuiper belt objects and the hypothesized outer Oort cloud at around 10,000\u2009AU<\/span>\u00a0from the Sun,\u201d the abstract states. \u201cHere we report the presence of a second Sedna-like object, 2012\u2009VP113<\/sub>, whose perihelion is 80\u2009AU<\/span>. The detection of 2012\u2009VP113\u00a0<\/sub>confirms that Sedna is not an isolated object; instead, both bodies may be members of the inner Oort cloud, whose objects could outnumber all other dynamically stable populations in the Solar System.\u201d<\/p>\n

On January 30, 1983, the New York Times reported in a piece titled\u00a0Ideas and trends, clues get warm in the search for Planet X<\/em><\/a>\u00a0that \u201csomething\u00a0out there beyond the farthest reaches of the known solar system seems to be tugging at Uranus and Neptune.\u201d<\/p>\n

The bombshell report pointed out how \u201csome gravitational force keeps perturbing the two giant planets, causing irregularities in their orbits\u201d and maintained that \u201cthe force suggests a presence far away and unseen, a large object that may be the long-sought Planet X.\u201d<\/p>\n

Evidence assembled in recent years has led several groups of astronomers to renew the search for the 10th planet. They are devoting more time to visual observations with the 200-inch telescope at Mount Palomar in California. They are tracking two Pioneer spacecraft, now approaching the orbit of distant Pluto, to see if variations in their trajectories provide clues to the source of the mysterious force. And they are hoping that a satellite-borne telescope launched last week will detect heat \u201dsignatures\u201d from the planet, or whatever it is out there.<\/p>\n

The Infrared Astronomical Satellite was boosted into a 560-milehigh polar orbit Tuesday night from Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. It represents an $80-million venture by the United States, Britain and the Netherlands. In the next six or seven months, the telescope is expected to conduct a wide-ranging survey of nearly all the sky, detecting sources not of ordinary light but of infrared radiation, which is invisible to the human eye and largely absorbed by the atmosphere. Scientists thus hope that the new telescope will chart thousands of infrared-emitting objects that have gone undetected \u2013 stars, interstellar clouds, asteroids and, with any luck, the object that pulls at Uranus and Neptune.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

On November 9, 1983,\u00a0NASA reported<\/a>\u00a0that the IRAS telescope discovered a new object, possibly a\u00a0dark asteroid<\/a>\u00a0or dead comet which raised the alarm bell and prompted the birth of Rex 84.<\/p>\n

What is Rex 84?<\/h1>\n

Readiness Exercise 1984 was and still is a classified drill and scenario that may be used to detain large numbers of U.S. citizens who have been deemed to be \u201csecurity threats\u201d in the event that the president declares a National Emergency.<\/p>\n

Reporter\u00a0Alfonso Chardy first revealed the plan in the July 5, 1987 edition of the\u00a0Miami Herald<\/em>\u00a0which forced the U.S. government to address its plan for the mass internment of Americans in the event of an impending disaster to combat what the government claimed may be \u201csubversive activities.\u201d<\/p>\n

In short, the government scientists, astronomers, and officials knew that an object, possibly a massive dark asteroid, failed comet, or failed brown dwarf star was headed inbound into our solar system posing a threat to our planet and all life on the planet.<\/p>\n

Existence of a master military contingency plans (of which REX-84 was a part), \u201cGarden Plot<\/a>\u201d and a similar earlier exercise, \u201cLantern Spike\u201d, were originally revealed by journalist\u00a0Ron Ridenhour<\/a>, who summarized his findings in an article in CounterSpy.<\/em><\/p>\n

Transcripts from the\u00a0Iran-Contra<\/a>\u00a0Hearings in 1987 record the following dialogue between Congressman\u00a0Jack Brooks<\/a>,\u00a0Oliver North<\/a>\u2018s attorney\u00a0Brendan Sullivan<\/a>\u00a0and Senator\u00a0Daniel Inouye<\/a>, the Democratic Chair of the joint Senate-House Committee:<\/em><\/sup><\/p>\n

[Congressman Jack] Brooks:<\/b>\u00a0Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?<\/p>\n

Brendan Sullivan [North\u2019s counsel, agitatedly]:<\/b>\u00a0Mr. Chairman?<\/p>\n

[Senator Daniel] Inouye:<\/b>\u00a0I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that?<\/p>\n

Brooks:<\/b>\u00a0I was particularly concerned, Mr. Chairman, because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American constitution. And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked. I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation.<\/p>\n

Inouye:<\/b>\u00a0May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I\u2019m certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Contingency plans by the US Government for rounding up people perceived by the government to be subversive or a threat to civil order have existed for many decades. For example, from 1967 to 1971, the FBI kept a list of over 100,000 people to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the \u201cADEX\u201d list.<\/em><\/p>\n
