RED ALERT! Innocent Man Faces Execution Over Flawed Science

Written By: GreenMedInfo Research Group

Robert Roberson is just days away from a potential wrongful execution, but his case reveals a far greater scandal that could affect countless lives: flawed medical science and cover-ups surrounding Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Research increasingly suggests that vaccine-induced deaths are being misclassified as child abuse or SIDS, leaving grieving parents unjustly blamed while the true causes remain hidden.1

Quick Summary:

  • Flawed Science & Innocence: Robert Roberson is scheduled for execution based on shaky science that wrongfully attributes his daughter’s death to SBS, when new evidence suggests she likely died from pneumonia-related complications.2
  • SIDS & Vaccines: Studies reveal that SIDS, like SBS, is often misdiagnosed, with growing evidence pointing to vaccines as a potential trigger for sudden infant deaths, yet this link is rarely acknowledged by the medical community.3
  • Call to Action: This is not just about one man’s life–it’s about exposing a widespread cover-up that affects families everywhere. We must demand transparency and accountability before more innocent lives are destroyed.

The Imminent Execution of Robert Roberson

Robert Roberson, a 57-year-old Texas man, is facing execution for a crime many experts believe he did not commit. Convicted in 2002 for allegedly killing his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki Curtis, by violently shaking her, Roberson has always maintained his innocence. His defense team argues that Nikki’s death was not due to abuse but from complications related to undiagnosed pneumonia and improper medical treatment. Despite new evidence supporting this claim, the courts have repeatedly denied his appeals, and Roberson’s execution is scheduled for this week.4

Roberson’s case has reignited debates about the validity of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS), a diagnosis that has been increasingly criticized for leading to wrongful convictions. Medical experts and legal advocates argue that SBS is a flawed theory based on outdated and oversimplified criteria, which fails to consider alternative causes of infant injuries and deaths.5

The Shaken Baby Syndrome and SIDS Controversy

The case of Robert Roberson is not an isolated one. SBS is part of a broader issue where parents, caregivers, and individuals have been wrongfully accused or convicted based on flawed medical diagnoses. But the problem extends beyond SBS to include Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)–a condition that, like SBS, has become a catch-all diagnosis often used to deflect attention from vaccine-induced deaths.6

According to research published in Current Medicine and Chemistry and other journals, there is growing evidence linking vaccines, particularly those administered during the first year of life, to sudden infant deaths. SIDS, which peaks between 2 and 4 months of age, occurs during the same period when infants are receiving a barrage of vaccines, including up to 16 doses in the U.S. immunization schedule. The CDC claims there is no proven link between vaccines and SIDS, but numerous studies beg to differ.7

A 2011 study in Human & Experimental Toxicology found a high correlation between the number of vaccines given and increased infant mortality rates across 34 nations. Countries that administered fewer vaccines had significantly lower infant mortality rates than those with aggressive vaccination schedules. This raises serious questions about whether SIDS is being used as a convenient label to cover up vaccine-induced deaths, much like SBS has been used to prosecute innocent individuals like Robert Roberson.8

Vaccines and SIDS: The Overlooked Connection

One of the most concerning aspects of this issue is the growing body of research that suggests vaccines may trigger a cascade of inflammatory responses in infants, potentially leading to SIDS. A 2021 ruling from the U.S. Vaccine Court in the case of Boatman & Cupid v. Secretary of Health and Human Services found that vaccines played a substantial causal role in the death of a child from SIDS. The court ruled that the vaccine-stimulated cytokines–proteins involved in immune responses–likely triggered the fatal event.9

Dr. Russell Blaylock, a renowned neurologist, has long warned about the dangers of administering multiple vaccines to infants, citing the risk of overwhelming their developing immune systems. The phenomenon known as a “cytokine storm” can cause severe inflammation in the brainstem, which controls essential functions like breathing and heart rate. This inflammation could be a key factor in both SIDS and vaccine-induced deaths, but it remains largely ignored by the medical establishment.10

The Tragic Pattern of Blame

The stories of parents being blamed for their children’s deaths, whether through accusations of SBS or being left to grieve a SIDS diagnosis, are heart-wrenching. In many cases, the true cause of death–vaccine reactions–remains hidden. Families are not only denied justice, but they are also vilified, accused of abuse, or left without answers.11

The 2015 release of a confidential GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) document, revealed in an Italian court, confirmed the tragic reality: vaccines like Infanrix Hexa (a 6-in-1 shot) can cause sudden deaths in infants. In fact, 97% of deaths recorded in GSK’s trial data occurred within the first 10 days after vaccination, a clear clustering that points to vaccines as a cause of death. Despite this damning evidence, regulators and public health officials continue to deny the vaccine-SIDS connection, protecting pharmaceutical companies while families suffer.12

A Call for Justice

As Robert Roberson’s execution date looms, it is critical to understand that his case is part of a much larger issue. The medical industry, driven by profit and protectionism, has used flawed diagnoses like SBS and SIDS to shift the blame for vaccine-related deaths onto innocent parents and caregivers. Roberson’s wrongful execution could set a dangerous precedent, allowing these injustices to continue unchecked.

We must raise our voices and demand transparency, further investigation into vaccine-induced deaths, and an end to the scapegoating of innocent individuals. Robert Roberson’s life hangs in the balance, but the stakes are even higher for the countless families facing the devastating consequences of vaccine injuries hidden behind false labels.

Take Action:

On Oct. 17, Robert Roberson could be the first person in the U.S. executed based on the discredited “shaken baby syndrome” hypothesis.

The Innocence Project joined Mr. Roberson’s legal team because of the risk that an innocent man will be executed for a crime that never happened. Add your name to stop his execution on Oct. 17.

Additional actions:

  • Share Robert Roberson’s story: Spread the word to prevent this wrongful execution and expose the broader cover-up behind SBS and SIDS.
  • Demand accountability: Call for independent investigations into vaccine safety, and hold medical institutions and regulatory agencies responsible for the harms caused.
  • Support transparency: Advocate for better public access to information regarding vaccine risks and the real causes behind sudden infant deaths.

Time is running out. Let’s work together to save an innocent life and push for greater accountability in our medical and legal systems.
